2. What we do
DoAzores operates an online marketplace that lets customers book single tourism activities offered by independent third-party operators. We act as a disclosed intermediary, in the name and on behalf of the operator, who is the seller of the activity and issues the invoice (fatura). We are not a travel agency and are not an organiser or retailer of travel packages — we hold no RNAVT registration and list single activities only.
3. Activity operators and registrations
The activities are provided by third-party operators registered in the RNAAT (Registo Nacional dos Agentes de Animação Turística, Decreto-Lei 108/2009) and, for marine activities, licensed as maritime-tourism operators (Decreto-Lei 269/2003). The applicable operator registration or licence number is shown on each activity listing.
4. Hosting
The website is served on Cloudflare infrastructure.
5. Applicable law and complaints
Portuguese law applies. Complaints may be submitted through the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico at www.livroreclamacoes.pt. Consumer dispute resolution (RAL) is available via [RAL ENTITY], with CNIACC (www.cniacc.pt) as the residual national entity. The data-protection supervisory authority is the CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
6. Intellectual property
The website, its content and the DoAzores brand are protected and may not be used without authorisation. Operator content is used under licence from the respective operators.
